Applications Review

Once the candidate submits their application, it is first reviewed by the HR team. They check if the candidate meets the basic requirements of the position and if their experience and skills match the job description.

Initial Screening

The candidate is then screened by a recruiter or hiring manager to assess their fit for the role. This may be done through a phone or video interview, or a short online assessment.

Initial Assessment

After screening applications, we conduct initial assessments to gauge the suitability of candidates. This can include phone interviews, video interviews, or assessments such as cognitive ability and personality tests.

Interviews

Candidates who successfully pass the initial assessment stage are invited for in-person interviews. These interviews may be conducted by a panel of interviewers, including senior leadership members. This step in the interview process is an introductory phone or video interview with the recruiter. This interview is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and for you to learn more about Big4 and its role. While the interview process varies based on the role for which you are being considered. If you advance through the process, you will meet with several of our professionals and may go through a mix of behavioral, technical, and case study-based interviews (depending on the role for which you are being considered). We assure you that you won’t be stressed or nervous throughout the process.

References and Background Checks

Before making a final hiring decision, we conduct thorough reference and background checks on candidates. This is to ensure that we hire individuals who have a positive track record and align with our values and ethics.

Offer and Onboarding

Candidates who successfully pass the reference and background checks are presented with an offer to join the company. We ensure that the offer is competitive and reflective of the candidate's experience and qualifications. Once the candidate accepts the offer, we begin the onboarding process, you will work with an onboarding coordinator to determine your start date and new-hire training schedule. You’ll also spend your first few days in our new-hire orientation program, Launch, where you’ll learn more about Big4’s business strategy, get immersed in our purpose-driven culture, and expand your network of Big4 professionals, leaders, and fellow new hires.
